What this tool can and cannot tell you
Applicant tracking systems vary by employer. This free check looks for accessible plain-text information, recognizable sections, basic contact details, readable length and overlap with common words from a job posting. It cannot read how a proprietary ATS will rank you, evaluate your work history or promise a hiring result.
For most roles, your strongest strategy is to use accurate terminology from the posting naturally, show relevant experience and keep your formatting simple. Never insert keywords for skills you do not actually have.
